I can admit that I got “busy” and was majorly slacking on my workouts! Yes it has been awhile since I worked out and even put any post up. I am back on my website and back at working out. I can’t say how much better I already feel after taking time off of working out (which was not my intention) and only being back at it for a week. It makes me feel so much better physically, after the soreness gets worked out and emotionally, just knowing I am working to better myself.
I started taking college classes and didn’t realize how much work in and out of class it would be. Also take into consideration I have been out of high school for 16 years now and never pursued college until now. It has been a handful with work and kids but I do NOT plan on letting my workout routine get shut down again. My classes are over for this semester and I am on break but next classes start up January 22, 2019. I have a workout plan in mind so I can keep going.
As for now I have the time and I am loving working out again and didn’t realize how much I really missed it!
I’m willing to take any advice as well as give what my personal experience has to offer.
